Robo Race is a three-round robotics competition designed to test the performance, precision, speed, and strategic planning skills of manually controlled robots. Participants showcase their robot’s control, flexibility, and strength in a competitive arena environment.

📜 Rules & Guidelines
▸ Maximum robot size: 30 cm × 30 cm × 15 cm
▸ Robot weight must not exceed 3 kg
▸ Wired or wireless robots are allowed
▸ Wired robots must have a sufficiently long and slack wire to cover the full track
▸ Only sealed electrical batteries are permitted (Gel cell, Lithium, Ni-Cad, or Dry cells)
▸ Maximum allowed voltage is 12V DC
▸ A 220V AC supply will be provided; teams must bring their own adapters
▸ LEGO parts, ready-made kits, pneumatic or hydraulic systems, and IC engines are strictly prohibited
▸ Use of restricted components will lead to immediate disqualification
▸ The event will be conducted in three rounds: Tag & Chase (Knockout), Dual Race (Knockout), and Final Obstacle Race (22/02/2026)
▸ No restart will be given for false start, technical failure, or operator error
▸ In the Final Round, each team is allowed one repair break of a maximum of 2 minutes
▸ Repair time will not be added to the total completion time
▸ Robots must not damage the arena or opponent robots
▸ No human assistance (such as pulling wires) is allowed
▸ Only one operator is permitted near the track
▸ The three teams with the lowest completion time in the final round will be declared as winners
▸ Judges’ and organizers’ decisions are final and binding
